Partnership Roadmap
Our Partnership's Approach & Agenda
UNDERSTANDING THE ROADMAP
L.E.E.S.D. Partnership Roadmap Agenda outlines our strategic approach to building strong, transparent, and impactful collaborations that advance literacy, skills development, and economic empowerment for women and girls in Nigeria. We recognize that sustainable community development is best achieved through meaningful partnerships with government institutions, private sector organizations, development agencies, and community-based groups.
Our roadmap begins with shared vision alignment, ensuring that all partners are united by common goals centered on education, gender equality, and economic inclusion. We prioritize partnerships that value accountability, mutual respect, and long-term impact.

Key focus areas of our partnership agenda include:
-
Literacy and education programs for women and girls
-
Vocational and entrepreneurship training, including skills acquisition initiatives
-
Capacity building and mentorship for beneficiaries and community facilitators
-
Resource mobilization and knowledge sharing to scale impact
-
Monitoring, evaluation, and learning to ensure measurable and sustainable outcomes
We adopt a phased approach that includes partnership identification, co-design of programs, implementation, impact assessment, and continuous improvement. This ensures that each collaboration delivers tangible benefits to target communities while maintaining transparency and effectiveness.
Through strategic partnerships, we aim to expand our reach, strengthen program delivery, and create inclusive opportunities that empower women and girls to become economically independent and active contributors to national development.
We welcome partnerships that are committed to driving positive change and building a more equitable and sustainable future.
