Successful Community Training on Soap Making
We successfully organized a community-based soap making training aimed at empowering women and young girls with practical, income-generating skills. The training was designed to promote self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment at the grassroots level.

During the training, participants were taught the fundamentals of liquid and bar soap production, including basic formulation, hygiene and safety practices, quality control, packaging, and simple marketing strategies. The sessions were interactive and hands-on, allowing participants to actively practice the skills taught and gain confidence in the production process.
The program recorded a high level of participation and enthusiasm, with many attendees expressing satisfaction and readiness to start small-scale soap making businesses within their communities. Beyond skill acquisition, the training also encouraged teamwork, creativity, and knowledge sharing among participants.

This initiative aligns with our mission to empower women and girls through education, vocational training, and economic development. By equipping participants with sustainable skills, we are contributing to poverty reduction, improved livelihoods, and stronger communities.
We remain committed to expanding similar capacity-building programs and supporting beneficiaries as they transition from learning to earning.
Successful Community Training on Cream Making
We successfully conducted a community training program on cream making, aimed at empowering women and girls with practical, income-generating skills to enhance economic independence and self-reliance.

The training focused on the production of basic cosmetic and skincare creams, emphasizing proper formulation, hygiene and safety standards, quality control, and simple packaging techniques. Participants were guided through hands-on sessions that enabled them to understand the processes involved and confidently produce creams suitable for personal use and small-scale commercial purposes.
Participants actively engaged throughout the training, demonstrating enthusiasm and a strong willingness to apply the skills acquired. In addition to technical skills, the program included basic guidance on entrepreneurship, pricing, and marketing to help participants turn their new knowledge into sustainable livelihood opportunities.
This successful training aligns with our commitment to women and girls’ empowerment through education and vocational skills development. By equipping participants with relevant and practical skills, we are supporting poverty reduction, improved livelihoods, and community development.
We remain dedicated to organizing more skill acquisition programs that empower women and girls to learn, earn, and lead within their communities.
